Virtual Assistant Needed for CRM System Development and Office Administration
I run a boutique branding & design studio based in Sydney. I work with small businesses on brand strategy, brand identity, design, and ongoing creative support. My business is growing quickly, and I’m ready to streamline ALL my systems into Go High Level to replace my current mix of tools (Email Notion, Drive, Monday.com, Calendly, Google Sheets, flodesk email workflows, etc.) What I’m Looking For I’m looking for an experienced Go High Level (GHL) specialist to help me: 1. Set up Go High Level for my business This includes: • Creating a clean and organised CRM and pipeline(s) (Lead → Discovery Call → Proposal Sent → Onboarded → Active Project → Completed) • Setting up contact tagging + segmentation • Integrating booking (I currently use Calendly) • Designing 1–2 landing pages inside GHL for lead magnets / workshop signups • Building email + SMS automations, such as: • Lead nurture sequence • Proposal follow-up sequence • Onboarding workflow for new clients • Integrating with the tools I want to keep (Google Workspace, Notion if needed, etc.) • Ensuring everything is clean, documented, and easy to manage long-term ⸻ 2. Provide Training So I Can Manage It Myself I don’t want to fully outsource GHL long-term — I want to learn how to use it confidently. I’d love: • 1:1 Zoom training sessions • Loom/video recordings so I can refer back • Clear documentation on how workflows and pipelines are set up • Guidance on best practices for GHL as a small creative studio 3.
