Key Responsibilities and Duties Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with care and attention to detail. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary, and ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools, and staying up-to-date with new products, services, and policies. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, and take the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, and work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience. Stay up-to-date with new products, services, and policies, and participate in daily training and development opportunities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge. Essential Qualifications Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, and excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a high level of organizational skills and attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, with a strong desire to learn and develop your skills and knowledge. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with customer service software and technology, including CRM systems and helpdesk tools. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box to resolve complex customer issues. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
