Vendor Performance Analyst
Job Description: • identifies and presents business and operational specifications based on customer and business needs • conducts assessment and monitoring of vendors performing outsourced activities • ensures contract and quality standards are met • implements processes, systems and methodologies to meet the company's business initiatives • applies performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPI) • monitors the productivity and quality of vendor services by analyzing data, reports and processes • prepares reports on vendor performance to internal oversight committees • assists in developing corrective action plans • identifies systemic issues and develops and executes strategies to address these issues • participates in cross-departmental implementation teams • validates the accuracy of data and statistics Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree Business, Information Systems, Finance/Accounting, or relevant field or equivalent experience required • 3+ years in operations/processing position required • 3+ years Analytical and data processing required • Medicare/Medicaid experience • good time management and organizational skills • oversight experience from previous positions Benefits: • competitive pay • health insurance • 401K and stock purchase plans • tuition reimbursement • paid time off plus holidays • flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules Apply tot his job
