Responsibilities • Guide and support our partners and their managers, helping them grow their skills with a focus on key oCFO or oCHRO solutions. • Collaborate with partners on important and complex projects in Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking or Planning, Sourcing, Contingent Workforce and Contract Life cycle management. • Help improve the efficiency and quality of our services. • Develop and share best practices, documentation, and presentations for our oCFO or oCHRO solutions. • Become a go-to expert in your product area and how to best implement it. • Act as a point of contact for our partners when they need help with challenging customer situations. • Share your insights to help shape the future of our products and solutions. • Review and understand customer feedback on partner-led projects to provide effective support. • Advise partners on learning opportunities, certifications, and strategies for new Workday features. Requirements • 5+ years of experience as a consultant implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. • 4+ years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Workday Payroll, Absence, or Time Tracking. • 3+ years of experience working with services partners. Nice-to-haves • Previous experience with a systems integrator, consulting firm, or enterprise software company is helpful but not required. • A talent for building and maintaining strong relationships. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and continuous improvement. • Experience mentoring, training, or supporting others. • The ability to tackle business challenges using planning and reporting tools. • Experience managing multiple projects at once in a team-oriented environment. • Clear and effective communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing). • A professional and consultative approach to your work; you are comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. • The ability to build trust and credibility to achieve shared goals. • An organized approach to managing competing priorities. • Knowledge in one of the following areas: Human Capital Systems, Payroll Operations, Financial Planning, or Financial Operations. • A genuine passion for customer service and successful outcomes.
