The Impact You’ll Make in this Role: The ideal candidate will be a professional who is truly a results-oriented self-starter, energetic, and eager to exceed expectations. Specifically, the person will provide support to a dental setup/digital processing technician team and be responsible to achieve production and growth targets. As a Treatment Design Training Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following • New Hire Training: Assist in onboarding and initial training for new employees. • Upskilling and refresher trainings: Support continuous skill enhancement for current employees through structured training programs. • Sick/Maternity Leave Refreshers: Provide training refreshers for employees returning from sick or maternity leave. • Workshops: Conduct periodic refresher workshops to ensure ongoing competency. • Logistics: Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, materials, and venue arrangements. • Demo Creations: Develop and present training demos to illustrate key concepts and procedures. • Calibrations: Ensure consistency in training delivery through regular calibration sessions with senior trainers. • Software Release Support: Prepare employees for new software releases by providing relevant training and updates. • Development of individual competencies that maximizes performance through goal setting and performance management. • May require processing production cases utilizing clinical knowledge to perform digital treatment setups for orthodontic and dental appliances. • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor. Basic Qualifications • Two-year of experience or university-technical degree in related field from an accredited institution. • Knowledgeable in different processes (data clean up, TxD, FMQC, among others.). • Advanced English B2 • At least a minimum 1-year coaching teams. • Manage soft skills when interacting with our internal and external customers. • Problem-solving skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Able to adapt to change quickly. • Creativity to implement new activities to the training sessions. • Knowledge in Demo cases. • Excellent “tracking” skills • Competent with web browsers and MS Office. • Excellent attention to detail. • Able to work in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications • Be a quick learner and grasp concepts quickly and be open to developing new skills. • Track record of leading projects and teams. • Analytical skills and experience in driving quality improvement and performance metrics. • Dental knowledge with experience in a dental / orthodontic lab or office with hands-on experience and knowledge of tooth anatomy, function and occlusion. • Experience with Power BI or other Software Developing Tools.
