Job Overview As a Data Analyst for E2E Delivery at blithequark, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions, drive process improvements, and optimize our delivery operations. Your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization will enable you to tell compelling stories with data, influencing business decisions and driving growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on delivery operations Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems, develop hypotheses, and design experiments to test assumptions Apply statistical techniques, such as regression, decision trees, and clustering, to analyze data and identify trends Work with large datasets to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data processes to support business intelligence and analytics Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field Strong proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as data science, business analytics, or operations research Experience working with large datasets, data warehousing, and ETL processes Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and deep learning Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud Certifications in data science, business analytics, or related fields Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and soft skills.
