Position at a Glance: Location: Remote (with occasional onsite requirements) Start Date: Immediate openings available Position: Travel Services Expert Compensation: Competitive salary with opportunities for bonuses and professional growth Company: Executive Clients, a major player in the energy sector Job Responsibilities As a Travel Services Expert, you will be responsible for: Advising and arranging corporate travel for executive business travelers, including complex itineraries and special requests Providing domestic leisure travel arrangements for executive family members Conducting analysis and research on travel options, including cultural understanding, customs, time differences, and local weather conditions Arranging and booking domestic and international business travel, including airline bookings, hotel accommodations, car rental, and limousine reservations Utilizing Sabre Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and other travel technologies to manage travel arrangements Ensuring compliance with executive travel policies, service provider policies, and regulatory requirements Providing exceptional customer service, including responding to special requests and resolving issues promptly Maintaining availability 24/7 during executive travel periods or emergencies to provide timely assistance Monitoring flight disruptions and providing support to executive personnel as needed Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: A strong understanding of the travel industry, with a background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations Expertise with Native Sabre GDS, Concur, AMEX Insight Reporting Functions, and Microsoft Office Professional communication skills, both written and verbal, with attention to detail Ability to act with integrity and maintain confidentiality of personal traveler information Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently Teamwork and openness to feedback, with a collaborative and adaptable approach Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with executive clients or in a similar industry Knowledge of travel regulations and compliance requirements Familiarity with travel technologies, including GDS systems and online booking tools Certifications or training in travel and tourism, such as ARC or IATA Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits We are committed to supporting the career growth and professional development of our team members.
