Job Summary The Transportation Representative - Operations Coordinator is a critical role in our NOC team, responsible for ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of freight from vendors to Amazon fulfillment centers and from Amazon fulfillment centers to carrier hubs. You will handle incoming work requests, provide direction utilizing independent judgment, and conduct regular audits to ensure engagement and standard work adherence. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Understand execution and daily production goals, and work towards achieving them Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required, and assist with execution duties, training associates, and verifying SOP compliance Handle incoming work requests within standard service level agreements (SLAs), and provide direction utilizing independent judgment Conduct regular audits with associates for engagement and standard work adherence, and identify areas for improvement Assist in shift execution with shift managers, and work a flexible schedule as business demands, including overnight, weekends, and holidays Analyze network data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements, and propose changes to streamline operations Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement process changes Develop and maintain reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics Experience with Excel, including data analysis and reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with various stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with mail writing and stakeholder management Familiarity with MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and other productivity software Experience in a transportation or logistics environment, with knowledge of supply chain operations Certifications or training in a relevant field, such as Six Sigma or Lean Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze data and identify trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with various stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong time management and organizational skills Flexibility and adaptability, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
