Job Overview As a CAT Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in our catastrophe relief efforts, providing exceptional support to customers in need. This temporary, remote position offers flexible scheduling, with hours of operation from Sunday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM CST. You will have the opportunity to choose your shifts from a weekly schedule, with preferred hours of availability from Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST. New hire classes are starting weekly, so don't miss your chance to join our team! Key Responsibilities Apply the latest customer service techniques to deliver positive and courteous responses to customer needs Offer empathy and support to customers during the claim process, ensuring a seamless and compassionate experience Collect and document claim details accurately, utilizing our account management systems to improve the customer experience Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, adhering to client-specific handling instructions Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must have your own computer, meeting the following specifications: Operating System: Windows 10, Windows 11, or Windows Home Note: Chromebooks, macOS, Linux, and other operating systems are not supported In addition to the computer requirements, you must also meet the following network requirements: Run a Speedtest from your computer (www.speedtest.net) upon hire Use a private network, avoiding public locations and VPNs Ethernet connection is strongly recommended, but not required In terms of qualifications, we are looking for individuals who are: 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills Able to type swiftly and accurately (40+ words per minute) Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Basic understanding of Windows operating systems Highly reliable, with regular attendance and punctuality Customer service oriented, with empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness Able to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment Authorized to work in the country where the job is based Willing to submit to a background investigation and drug test as part of the onboarding process Desired Characteristics We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
