As a single point of contact on a client-facing team in a call center environment, you will be responsible for responding to a wide range of client service requests and issues. Your exceptional customer service skills, combined with your ability to accurately identify, research, and resolve issues, will enable you to deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries. Key Responsibilities Respond to client service requests and issues, including enrollment and billing, commissions, technical support, install/group administration, and all other routine customer service inquiries. Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial phone call/letter/email from the client. Develop and maintain a strong client-facing orientation, ensuring that every interaction is characterized by empathy, understanding, and a commitment to meeting the client's needs. Utilize process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the client experience. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure that client concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Prior call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions. Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, with a strong client-facing orientation and a commitment to delivering first-call resolution. Capability to develop technical acumen, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Experience working from home, with a strong ability to self-manage and stay motivated in a remote work environment.
