Key Responsibilities Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and provide customers with accurate information Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade and promote products and services Explain and position products and processes with customers, ensuring that they understand the value and benefits of our offerings Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with the managerial team, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, minimizing the need for follow-up calls and ensuring customer satisfaction Candidate Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to type swiftly and accurately. You should also have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a basic understanding of the Windows operating system. Prior contact center experience is not required, but experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support would be advantageous. Essential Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Basic understanding of Windows operating system Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality Preferred Qualifications Prior contact center experience Experience in customer service, tech support, inside sales, or back-office support Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation Customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious) Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage Strong team orientation and customer focus Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
