Job Overview In this fully remote role, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with our customers through live chat and phone support. Your primary objective will be to provide top-notch service, ensuring that our customers' needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, making outbound calls for follow-up and upselling purposes, and utilizing your excellent communication and active listening skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities: Respond to incoming customer calls and live chats in a professional and courteous manner, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Make outbound calls to customers for quality checks, follow-ups, and upselling purposes, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. Call maintenance customers to schedule visits and offer promotions, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services. Follow up on customer reviews, both positive and negative, to ensure that our customers' feedback is heard and addressed, and to identify areas for improvement. Provide general inbound customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
