If you're a motivated, ambitious, self-starter who's excited to grow with a high-performing team, we want to hear from you! **What You'll Do** As a Technical Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for taking inbound calls from our customers and assisting them to the best of our ability. You'll provide top-tier support, educate customers on system installation and use, and assist in troubleshooting. You'll also utilize your problem-solving skills to solve customer issues and address concerns.
