We’re a fast-growing U.S. real estate investment company looking for a hungry, confident, money-motivated Virtual Assistant Cold Caller who wants more than just another hourly job. This is a long-term opportunity to become a core part of our acquisitions team, with base pay + commissions for every deal you help close. If you love talking to people, are competitive, coachable, and want to build a real career in real estate (not just make calls), this is for you. What You’ll Be Doing - Make 100–300 outbound calls per day to warm & cold leads (we provide the dialer + data) - Use proven scripts (training needed if needed) to start conversations and uncover motivation - Accurately tag call outcomes and enter notes in our CRM - Work closely with our U.S. acquisitions team and see your efforts turn into real deals and commissions Compensation - Hourly base pay - Commission on every deal that closes (real upside potential) - Long-term role (20–30+ hours/week to start, with potential to scale to full-time) Who We’re Looking For - Fluent or near-native English (clear, confident, professional on the phone) - Comfortable speaking with U.S. homeowners - Prior cold calling / appointment setting / telemarketing experience (real estate a big plus, but not required) - Coachable, consistent, and competitive - Quiet workspace + stable internet - Strong work ethic and desire to grow, not just “clock in and out” Why This Is Different - You’re not just a dialer — you’re a key part of the deal-making process - Real commission potential (your performance directly affects your income) - Opportunity to move into senior caller or lead manager Apply tot his job
