As a member of the SCE team, you will have the unique opportunity to work with customers in the Private Equity Industry, managing the end-to-end deal cycle for strategic, large, complex, or highly competitive deals. The SCE team is a critical component of blithequark's sales organization, responsible for driving revenue growth and cloud adoption within the Private Equity vertical. With a strong focus on customer relationships and strategic partnerships, the SCE team plays a key role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building long-term relationships with customers. Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Strategic Customer Engagements (SCE) team as a Strategic Customer Engagements specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end deal cycle for strategic, large, complex, or highly competitive deals within the Private Equity vertical. You will focus on earning trust with customers by creating actionable strategies, developing and shaping opportunities, and leading deal engagements through negotiations and closure. As a Strategic Customer Engagements specialist, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of the Private Equity Industry, as well as the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Lead negotiations and customer closure for strategic, large, complex, or highly competitive deals, ensuring that all deals are structured and negotiated to meet customer business outcomes and goals. Develop and shape the overall deal strategy and structure to meet customer business outcomes and goals, working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. Partner with Sales and PE BD to manage Success Criteria and KPIs of the PE Program, ensuring that all deals are aligned with blithequark's overall business strategy and goals. Contribute to developing blithequark's value proposition and solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Drive revenue growth and Cloud adoption within the Private Equity vertical, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals. Closely collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including regional sales teams, and related regional and global stakeholders (Service Teams, Finance, Legal, etc.), to ensure that all deals are properly supported and resourced. Act as a trusted advisor in the development of the commercial strategy of deals with blithequark Field Sales Executives: partner in the execution of the sales cycle for strategic, complex, or highly competitive commercial opportunities. Inspire, influence, and facilitate alignment with internal stakeholders, experts, and other resources not under direct control, to remove obstacles and achieve desired business outcomes. Develop strategies for pricing and discounts; effectively communicate and identify deal blockers, working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions. Lead or support presentation of deal proposals to Customers, ensuring that all proposals are professional, comprehensive, and tailored to meet customer needs. For key deals and escalations, take a leadership role in developing the winning strategy, coaching the field team, and managing the SCE deal team, ensuring that all deals are properly supported and resourced. Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership to support blithequark's strategy within the PE Vertical, providing guidance and support to ensure that all deals are aligned with blithequark's overall business strategy and goals. Contribute to developing blithequark's value proposition and solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. Drive revenue growth and Cloud adoption within the Private Equity vertical, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals. Closely collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including regional sales teams, and related regional and global stakeholders (Service Teams, Finance, Legal, PE BD, etc.), to ensure that all deals are properly supported and resourced. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including: Experience in managing complex deals and negotiations, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and cloud adoption. Strong understanding of cloud computing and blithequark services, with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and customers. Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and customers, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies. Experience in the Private Equity Industry or a related field, with a deep understanding of the industry and its key players. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a strong focus on business strategy and development. Professional certifications, such as MBA, CFA, or CPA, with a strong focus on business and finance. Experience working with C-level executives and IT teams, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships. Knowledge of blithequark services and solutions, with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies. Experience with sales and business development, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and cloud adoption.
