As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of this process, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them succeed. Key Responsibilities: Meet with Prospective Clients: You will be meeting with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial goals. This will involve conducting thorough needs assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and developing personalized plans to help clients achieve their objectives. Educate Customers on Business Concepts: You will be responsible for educating customers on various business concepts, principles, and services offered by our strategic partners. This will involve staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments, as well as developing a deep understanding of our services and how they can benefit our clients. Offer Solutions: You will be offering solutions to families in various areas, including legal protection, identity theft, investments, and more. This will involve working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and developing personalized plans to help them achieve their goals. Prepare Effective Plans: You will be working with clients to prepare effective plans that meet their unique needs and goals. This will involve conducting thorough needs assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and developing personalized plans to help clients achieve their objectives. Requirements and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have an entrepreneurial spirit, be self-motivated, and have a strong desire to learn and grow. While previous experience in customer service is not required, it is preferred. You should be at least 18 years old, a US citizen, and have a felony-free record. A college degree is also preferred, but not required. Age: 18 years or older Citizenship: US citizen Background: Felony-free record Education: College degree preferred, but not required Self-Motivation: Strong desire to learn and grow Essential Qualifications: In addition to the requirements listed above, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
