The (Sr.) Manager, Global Ethics & Compliance will manage Collins' transparent, collaborative, and proactive Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) program championing ethics, compliance, and speak-up culture, ingraining the RTX Code of Conduct and values into everyday work, and empowering all to act with integrity. This position will support the six pillars of the Collins GEC program: Risk assessment and monitoring; Ethics & Compliance reviews; Local Ethics and Compliance Officer (LECO) Network; Training; Communications; and Operations. Responsibilities • Serve as a trusted partner to business leadership including Human Resources, Legal, Finance, and other functional partners to promote the highest standards of ethical and compliant business conduct. • Manage a portfolio of GEC programs and operations ensuring the effective delivery of the Ethics and Compliance program across Collins' global footprint. • Develop content and conduct training on various ethics & compliance topics. • Manage and provide guidance to a global network of Collins Local Ethics & Compliance Officers (LECOs). • Collaborate with Human Resources, Legal, and other functional partners to help understand and proactively address ethics and compliance-related matters. • Lead periodic internal Ethics & Compliance reviews to prevent, detect, and assess ethics and compliance risk. • Assist in the on-going development and communication of the RTX code of conduct. • Act as the point of contact for employees to help address a variety of Ethics & Compliance questions or concerns and provide guidance on compliance related policies. • Conduct COI reviews and escalate as required by RTX and Collins policy and practice. • Disposition RTX GEC Annual Certification variant responses. Requirements • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience. • 5+ years experience in ethics and/or compliance. Nice-to-haves • Knowledge of key ethics and compliance risks including Anti-Corruption / Anti-Bribery (ABAC), Privacy, Speak Up helpline, and Ethics & Compliance Investigations. • Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization. • Prior experience reviewing and assessing ethics and compliance programs. • Experience assessing data from diverse sources to build risk score cards and assessments. • Knowledge of, and experience in, aerospace and defense ethics and compliance including the USG contracting and regulatory environment.
