Sr. Analyst Online Strategic Planning

Position Purpose The Sr. Analyst Online Strategic Planning, is part of the Interconnected Experience organization and supports strategic planning, prioritization, and reporting for the Online portfolio. The role helps drive alignment and execution by supporting key operational processes and frameworks. The Senior Analyst will enable strong communication and collaboration among Online stakeholders and business partners. The analyst will organize and synthesize complex information to support strategic storytelling that clearly communicates priorities, progress, and outcomes. This role also contributes to improving meeting structures and cadences to ensure the right people are engaged at the right time, with the right information, to drive decisions and deliver results. Key Responsibilities • 50% Planning Process: Supports the strategic and operational planning cycle through building models, performing business analysis and benchmarking studies. Works closely with business to communicate the strategy and planning outcomes. • 40% Strategic Projects: Analyzes business problems, structures issues, performs analyses, synthesizes data to develop solutions, creates documents communicating solutions, presents solutions to team and stakeholders, and works with stakeholders to implement solutions. • 10% Competitive and Market Intelligence: Performs research on key competitors and market trends; owns regular reporting on data sources. Direct Manager • Reports to a Manager or Director of Business Ops & Strategy. • No direct reports. Travel Requirements • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Physical Requirements • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position; occasional need to move or lift light items. Working Conditions • Located in a comfortable indoor area; any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Minimum Qualifications • Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications • Background in strategic planning, product operations, business planning, or a related role within the retail or e-commerce industry. • Experience preparing visual presentation materials (specifically PowerPoint) with executive‑ready materials. • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and varying levels of leadership. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present strategic recommendations and insights to senior leadership. • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with strong project management skills. • Familiarity with Product Management principles. • Ability to thrive in an evolving environment, embracing change and navigating complexity to make informed decisions.
