Evaluate and enhance the organization’s compliance with financial regulations. Conduct complex audits, identify control weaknesses, and recommend improvements to ensure regulatory compliance. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform detailed compliance audits and assessments. • Analyze financial data for compliance risks. • Develop and maintain compliance documentation. • Collaborate with departments to implement corrective actions. • Assist in preparing reports for management and regulators. • Mentor junior analysts and support training initiatives. • Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum education Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics or related discipline. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements. Minimum experience Three (3) years in financial compliance, auditing, or risk management. Knowledge, skills and abilities • Strong knowledge of SOX, GAAP, and other financial regulations. • Proficient in data analysis and audit software. • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Proficient in audit tools and financial systems.
