Spanish-English Bilingual Customer Service Representative
About the position As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at TTEC, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences by resolving escalated or complex calls. This remote position requires a passion for helping others and the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, conducting research to resolve issues, and providing compassionate support to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities • Answer incoming communications from customers. • Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues. • Resolve escalated or complex calls from customers. • Consult on products with compassion and care. Requirements • At least 1 year of customer service experience. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge. • Great written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. • Computer experience with a high-speed internet connection (> 25mbps). Nice-to-haves • Experience in a remote work environment. • Familiarity with customer service software.
