Lifecycle Email Designer for Drip Campaign (Design + Code, Figma)
We’re looking for an experienced email designer to help us design (and ideally build) a drip campaign across several of our main customer verticals. This first project is roughly 20 hours and will include 16-20 emails. This is a test run for a longer-term partnership, if it’s a great fit, we have ongoing email work planned. What you’ll do - Design a drip campaign for multiple verticals (approx. 4–5 emails per vertical) - Create clean, on-brand email designs in Figma or Hubspot (with thoughtful components/styles for easy reuse) - Collaborate closely with our Creative Manager (me) on copy layout, hierarchy, and revisions - Optional but preferred: Build responsive emails in HTML so they can be used in automated workflows (e.g., drip/lifecycle sequences) What we’re looking for - Strong experience designing high-performing marketing emails (lifecycle/drip experience is a plus) - Working knowledge of email strategy (structure, scannability, CTA placement, deliverability-friendly design, etc.) - Proficiency in Figma (components, styles, organized files) - Experience coding emails in HTML/CSS for email clients (tables, responsiveness, dark mode considerations, etc.) Deliverables - Figma designs for each email (organized, reusable components encouraged) - HTML files/modules ready for workflow upload + basic QA across common email clients Collaboration / workflow - You’ll work directly with me (Creative Manager). I’ll own overall strategy and direction, and we’ll collaborate on structure, copy/design pairing, and revisions. - We value fast iteration and clear communication.
