Job Summary As a Solutions Group Leader: Domestic LATAM - Remote, you'll play a key role in leading pursuit teams in the development of sales pursuit strategies, designing and documenting end-to-end CX solutions, and identifying the best-fit blend of strategy, technology, and talent to bring value to our clients and the company. You'll manage a team of Solution consultants and work closely with solution architects and Solution Directors globally. This is a fully remote work opportunity, and we're looking for a candidate with a strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas to drive success. Key Responsibilities Help lead pursuit teams in the development of sales pursuit strategy, defining client business challenges and corresponding sales and solution strategies Lead a group of Solution Architects in designing, costing, and documenting end-to-end CX solutions aligned to our customers' needs Identify the best-fit blend of strategy, technology, and talent to bring the best CX solutions value to the client and the company Develop and lead teams in the construction of transformation business cases and creative commercial models that allow both clients and the company to achieve innovation, service, and financial goals Provide leadership to pursuit teams in the use of creative communication mechanisms beyond standard/traditional methods Help develop solutions/sales-based work products, such as RFP responses, presentations, and more Be an internal subject matter expert (SME) and, when needed, client-facing external SME on key topics in the Customer Experience & Technology Services space Support team members leading and sometimes leading oneself in the preparation and participation in client-facing activities, such as presentations, site visits, and due diligence sessions Contribute to continuous improvement efforts on the Solutions team Be a positive, enthusiastic team member and role model for others on the team Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred in a related field from a four-year college or university 7 years of experience, with 4-6 years of progressive management experience, preferred 4 years in an advanced contact/engagement center/BPO, customer care analytics and technology practitioner role, solutions, consulting, or equivalent Ability to analyze complex challenges and solutions Understanding of contact/engagement center solutioning and associated financials, with knowledge of emerging trends and industry practices Fintech, Banking, and Financial Service industry knowledge is very beneficial Preferred Qualifications Experience leading and organizing multi-disciplinary projects with broad impact Ability to present information to internal and external staff Oversee ongoing learning and development Passionate about continuous improvement and sharing knowledge as a team player Flexibility to travel domestically and internationally (expected travel approximately less than 10%) Skills and Competencies Strong leadership and management skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to analyze complex challenges and develop creative solutions Strong business acumen and understanding of financials Experience with customer experience technology and innovation Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What We Offer As a Concentrix Webhelp employee, you'll have access to a range of benefits and perks, including: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a leading provider of customer engagement services Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options Professional development and growth opportunities Access to cutting-edge technology and innovation Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Concentrix Webhelp, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
