Job Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their queries, concerns, and issues related to their medications, orders, and overall experience with our services. Your duties will include: Virtually assisting customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and on the web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions Managing both inbound and outbound calls to ensure that all customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction to provide a seamless and personalized experience Taking a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or collaborating with our team members if clinical advisement is necessary Providing best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment that requires adaptability and flexibility Helping answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs to ensure that they have a clear understanding of our services and policies Providing our customers with technical support when navigating our website to ensure that they can easily access the information and resources they need Serving customers in a timely manner to ensure that we are maximizing our relationship with them and providing them with the support they need to achieve their wellness goals Understanding that each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers and provide them with personalized support and resources Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A high school diploma or equivalent to demonstrate your foundational knowledge and skills 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools to ensure that you are comfortable using technology to support our customers A hardwired broadband internet connection with a minimum internet speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload contracted speed to ensure that you can work efficiently and effectively from home The ability to change your schedule frequently (every 3 weeks), with a two-week advance notice, to accommodate the needs of our customers and our business The ability to work in a home environment that is private and free of distractions (i.e., barking dogs, television noise, music, children, etc.) and be able to devote full attention to the customer during work hours Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service or a related field to demonstrate your ability to provide exceptional support to our customers Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacy operations to provide more informed and personalized support to our customers Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines to demonstrate your ability to adapt and thrive in our dynamic work environment Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear and concise support to our customers and collaborate with our team members Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide support to our customers and contribute to our team's success Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate the needs of our customers and our business, including changing schedules and priorities Strong technical skills to use our software tools and systems to support our customers and provide personalized support Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development to help them achieve their career goals.
