Job Overview We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the project management of high-value initiatives across our RES division, ensuring seamless execution, and driving business results. As a Remote Customer Service and Project Management Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects of varying complexity, developing and maintaining project artifacts, and fostering effective communication strategies to ensure optimal dissemination of information and stakeholder engagement. Your expertise in project management, combined with your passion for customer service, will enable you to drive the development of our association's culture, ensuring a strong focus on partner engagement and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead the project management of high-value initiatives across the RES division, including project planning, execution, and closure Develop and maintain project artifacts, such as project contracts, plans, risk and issue logs, and repositories Manage multiple simultaneous projects of varying complexity, across different teams or partners Assist in driving the development of the association's culture, ensuring a strong focus on partner engagement and customer satisfaction Develop communication strategies and implement processes, activities, and programs that result in optimal dissemination of information and communication consistency, increasing awareness of project expectations, change management, and impact Support the development of business cases, prioritization, and overall divisional portfolio management Maintain and establish effective relationships and feedback loops between leaders, functional partners, and cross-divisional arenaflex teams Support the growing plan and development of the RES PMO capability and the development of a Center of Excellence for strategic portfolio management Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess exceptional planning, organization, and creative problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of managing and delivering multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity. You should have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across the organization, build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and senior management, and lead and work independently and within a team. Additionally, you should be proficient in written and oral communications, with the ability to produce concise documents for executive presentations. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, having a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or experience managing projects according to Project Management Institute (PMI) standards would be highly advantageous. Experience with PowerApps, Sharepoint, and project management software is also strongly desired.
