About the Role As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of our cloud-based applications and services. You will drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and highly available solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business and customers. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical design and development of cloud-based applications and services, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards. Drive the adoption of DevOps practices and tools, promoting a culture of continuous integration, delivery, and improvement. Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and prioritize technical debt, and develop strategies for addressing it. Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, architectures, and standards for cloud-based applications and services. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, promoting their growth and development. Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry standards, and drive initiatives to improve technical maturity. Develop and maintain automation tools and frameworks to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance quality. Lead incident response and problem management efforts, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and minimizing impact to the business. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning within the technical organization. Essential Qualifications Expertise in software development and operations, with a strong background in cloud-based technologies. Proven experience in leading technical teams and driving technical initiatives, with a focus on cloud application development and DevOps engineering. Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices. Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure, and related technologies, such as containerization and orchestration. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with multiple programming languages, including Java, Python, and C++. Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring. Experience with cloud-based security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as Graph DB, Big Data, and RESTful services. Strong understanding of technical architecture and design principles, with the ability to drive technical decisions and trade-offs. Experience in leading and managing technical teams, with a focus on talent development and growth.
