Key Responsibilities: Driving Data Management and Customer Service Excellence Execute requests to update store and customer account information in core professional data systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Investigate and resolve data issues promptly, meeting service level targets and maintaining high-quality customer service. Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process concerns, develop new processes, and drive continuous improvement. Support projects and manage processes independently, including defining, developing, reporting, and executing various related tasks. Manage demand volumes, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
