Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in digital engineering solutions Identify new sales leads and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to develop and promote our offerings Structure and shape deals for value, demonstrating and providing input on Capgemini offerings Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in Salesforce Participate in industry events, conferences, and meetings to stay up-to-date on market trends and developments Essential Qualifications 8-10 years of sales experience selling engineering and design services, preferably in the digital engineering space Strong knowledge and understanding of client's business, with a proven track record of building senior-level client relationships Experience selling complex, sophisticated business models to high-tech sector clients Ability to lead large or multiple small programs, with a focus on value selling and high-value models of selling Strong background in solution selling, with experience in digital engineering, manufacturing, and design Preferred Qualifications Experience working in the engineering and R&D services industry Familiarity with Capgemini's offerings and services Strong network of industry contacts and relationships Experience with sales tools and technologies, such as Salesforce Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business needs and develop tailored solutions Results-driven and motivated, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Capgemini, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
