Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, working the outbound call queue, and providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming borrower, agent, and lender calls with some supervision, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve customer inquiries. Manage incoming and outbound calls at a professional level, ensuring that all interactions are courteous, efficient, and effective. Work the outbound call queue and the outbound max queue by making outbound calls or web verification, consistently meeting productivity and quality standards. Accurately compose written information for loan histories of customers, ensuring that all documentation is thorough and up-to-date. Verify, key, and/or memo insurance information with precision, maintaining the integrity of our internal tracking system. Process insurance information received from agents, lenders, and borrowers, reviewing policies for compliance with lender requirements and distributing information as needed. Mentor fellow co-workers as requested by your supervisor, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment. Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you should possess: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) At least 1 year of related experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment Strong data entry and keyboard skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process information Call Center experience is preferred, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organization skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a customer-centric approach to resolving inquiries and concerns Essential Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues Strong active listening skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision and a high degree of self-motivation Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and positive attitude Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
