Job Summary As a Senior Project Manager (Lean Six Sigma), you'll play a pivotal role in implementing process optimization solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. You'll work closely with process owners and business lines to finalize solution details, ensure successful implementation, and troubleshoot potential roadblocks. Key Responsibilities Develop and share comprehensive project plans, status updates, and business requirements using standard slides and project artifacts, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with business process owners and other project managers to update process improvement solutions, ensuring they meet project goals and drive business value. Create detailed implementation plans and roadmaps to drive delivery expectations, manage potential change collisions across teams, and ensure successful project execution. Engage and direct business leaders, setting goals, managing expectations, and providing detailed transition plans for business units to ensure a smooth implementation process. Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful implementation, troubleshoot roadblocks, and forecast potential risks/issues, leveraging your strong communication and governance skills. Utilize your expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive implementation execution with associates of varying seniority and skillsets, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, with a strong foundation in business administration, operations management, or a related field. 8+ years of total relevant work experience, with a proven track record in project management, process improvement, and Lean Six Sigma implementation. Experience working with technology and/or agile teams, with a deep understanding of the intricacies of IT project management and agile methodologies. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher, demonstrating your expertise in process improvement and optimization. PMP certification or 5+ years of project management experience, showcasing your ability to manage complex projects and drive results. Preferred Qualifications PROSCI or change management equivalent certification, highlighting your expertise in managing change and driving organizational transformation. Experience in a remote work environment, with a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with distributed teams. Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record in managing complex projects and driving results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive informed decision-making.
