The Role As a Senior Sales Executive at 7 Mindsets, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our footprint in the K-12 education market. You'll be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and building strong relationships with clients across multiple states. Key Responsibilities: Prospect new business opportunities in K-12 districts across multiple states, leveraging your knowledge of the education space to identify and pursue potential clients. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to close, and ensure that clients are educated and engaged throughout the process. Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive long-term partnerships. Meet or exceed sales quota, using metrics and data to inform your sales strategy and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, develop sales strategies, and drive overall sales growth. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of sales expertise, education knowledge, and personal qualities that drive success. Here are the essential qualifications and skills we're looking for: Essential Qualifications: 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the K-12 education software space. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and data-driven decision-making. Highly organized and self-motivated, with a natural hunter mentality and a passion for prospecting new opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the K-12 education space, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing educators and administrators. Knowledge of social-emotional learning (SEL) and its applications in educational settings. Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and sales automation platforms.
