Senior Program Manager of Security Assurance - CTJ - TS/SCI

Responsibilities • Independently develop a government compliance program strategy and process. • Run existing tools to execute compliance tasks. • Provide requirements for building out tools and processes needed to develop marketing-leading compliance products. • Define controls by identifying potential failure points and ensure routine and complex issues are fixed. • Test controls to determine if they are effective and identify areas to improve. • Collaborate across teams to ensure compliance standards are applied evenly. • Educate teams on compliance requirements. • Develop compliance metrics and audit issues and consult on remediation for reports. • Conduct routine and complex assessments by reviewing documentation and monitoring results. • Analyze information to understand what stakeholders can do differently and collaborate with the team to remediate gaps. • Drive efficiency for programs. • Manage clearance activities for customer clearances. • Assist with Facility Security Officer (FSO) and Contractor Specialist Security Officer (CSSO) related activities. • Work with some of Microsoft's most important customers and partners on services business including customer satisfaction, services delivery, and operations. • Develop and evaluate requests from clearances, facility accreditations, and contract security requirements. Requirements • Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Risk Management, Cyber Security, or related field AND 3+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large scale computing, threat modeling, cyber security, or anomaly detection. • OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Risk Management, Cyber Security, or related field AND 4+ years experience in software development lifecycle, large scale computing, threat modeling, cyber security, or anomaly detection. • Security Clearance Requirements: Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements. • Candidates must have an active TS/SCI and be willing to upgrade to TS/SCI (with polygraph). • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements. Nice-to-haves • Management level and working level knowledge of Government Systems. • Demonstrated leadership in the technological services practice. • Negotiation skills and effectiveness at a large scale effort.
