About the Role: Senior Manager, Talent and Succession The PayPal Marketing Technology team is seeking a talented and seasoned Senior Manager, Talent and Succession, to join their team. As a key member of the Talent and Succession team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of PayPal's global workforce. You will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that drive business growth, foster a culture of innovation and inclusion, and ensure the company has the right leadership and talent in place to achieve its goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies that align with PayPal's business objectives and drive growth. Lead the design and delivery of succession planning programs that identify, develop, and retain future leaders. Collaborate with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop targeted plans to address them. Design and implement talent development programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and growth. Analyze talent data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive talent management strategies. Foster a culture of inclusion and diversity, ensuring that PayPal's talent management practices are equitable and unbiased. Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of PayPal's business and talent needs, staying ahead of the curve on industry trends and best practices. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in talent management, succession planning, or a related field, with a proven track record of success. Strong understanding of talent management principles, practices, and strategies. Experience with succession planning, talent development, and talent acquisition. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and drive business outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with business leaders. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience working in a global, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent management and succession planning. Certification in a relevant field, such as SHRM or HRCI.
