About the Role: Senior Partner, Advertising Sales, WM Connect - Enterprise Consumables This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of retail media. As a Senior Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing a book of business within one of our largest partners, driving revenue growth, and deepening brand connections through bespoke retail media solutions. Key Responsibilities Build and manage relationships with executive clients and senior partner stakeholders, understanding their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics. Develop and execute annual joint strategies between Walmart and clients, leading cross-functional teams to drive client success and achieve annual and incremental growth goals. Present Walmart advertising products and solutions that meet client marketing objectives, leveraging data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations to drive high-impact opportunities. Collaborate closely with account management partners to ensure smooth operations, demonstrating strong backend knowledge and the ability to lean in when needed. Travel as required to meet with brand teams, shopper marketing teams, and agencies, fostering strong relationships and identifying new opportunities. Who You Are: Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent professional industry experience. 6 years of quota-carrying digital sales experience, with expertise in WMC products and/or digital media solutions, especially paid search, programmatic, and CTV. Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and presentation skills. A strong ability to propose creative technologies across a landscape of diverse decision-makers and align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes. A strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: A Master's degree in Psychology, Advertising, Marketing, or Business. Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment. Executive presence and experience developing content for and leading CMO-level meetings. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package that includes: An annual salary range of $108,000 - $216,000. Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
