About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Digital Customer Growth Marketing team. As a Senior Manager, you will lead strategic projects and ongoing product channel management across treatments such as Card Upgrade/Cross-Sell, Lending Enrollments/Pricing, and more. You will have the opportunity to structure how we engage with our Small Business Customers through their primary digital Customer portal and develop the strategy for the Treatment content that they are served. This is a highly visible and fast-paced role that will allow you to build skills in partnerships, creative development, testing, and campaign analysis, and you will have the opportunity to lead a team of three colleagues. Key Responsibilities Lead creative development with creative agencies and collaborate with cross-functional partners and colleagues across the enterprise to flawlessly execute campaigns for the digital channel. Manage the team's Test & Learn curriculum, ideate tests, create implementation strategies, organize and track results, and develop key insights to enable decision-making. Partner cross-functionally across the organization with many teams, such as Product, Enterprise Digital, Analytics, Risk, and more, to understand product-related changes or enhancements and translate them into effective marketing campaigns. Leverage data and customer insights to drive channel effectiveness and improve marketing treatments, and collaborate closely with internal partners on targeting, product offering, and customer behavior/insights to identify and address opportunities to support and grow the Treatments in your portfolio. Develop and implement strategies to deepen customer relationships and increase customer engagement, and work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve marketing strategies and campaigns, and collaborate with the product team to develop new products and services that meet customer needs. Essential Qualifications Data-driven strategic thinker with a growth mindset and track record of developing customer-first marketing strategies that unlock growth. Ability to manage several inter-related pieces of complex processes with a heavy focus on attention to detail. Thought leader with proven success in leveraging customer insights and innovative thinking to deliver best-in-class customer experiences. Exceptional relationship skills, with the ability to proactively collaborate, seek input, and understand others' goals to bring out the best for the business. Highly effective communicator with strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Results driver with exceptional sense of accountability and ownership, and effective working in 'white space' with comfort in ambiguity. Able to package information and tell a story to different levels of audiences, with positive energy and enthusiasm, and a "can-do" attitude and strong sense of humor. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in marketing or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience in digital marketing, with a focus on customer growth and retention. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Experience with data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to develop insights and recommendations. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in leading and managing teams, with a focus on developing and mentoring team members. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $155,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
