Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy large-scale public-facing e-commerce web applications with a focus on front-end UI and back-end Java development. Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software using agile delivery methods, ensuring timely and high-quality project completion. Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture documents, including application and infrastructure design documents, to guide our technical strategies. Apply enterprise systems thinking to ensure individual systems and applications interact seamlessly with the broader enterprise ecosystem. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: 7+ years of software engineering experience , with a focus on full-stack web development. 5+ years of experience in large-scale public-facing e-commerce web development , particularly in front-end UI. 2+ years of Java development experience in back-end development. 5+ years of experience delivering software using agile delivery methods , with a deep understanding of agile principles and practices. Comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure, applications, integration, design patterns, database, agile delivery methods, build and deployment processes, software development, and systems engineering. Ability to develop a wide range of architecture documents , including application and infrastructure design documents. Enterprise systems thinking , with the ability to see how individual systems and applications interact with the enterprise as a whole. Excellent leadership and communication skills , with the ability to lead through a hands-on approach and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
