Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support. Your responsibilities will include assisting both new and existing customers by answering questions, processing changes to policies, handling billing inquiries, and supporting sales efforts when needed. Your exceptional communication skills, combined with your knowledge of insurance products and services, will enable you to provide personalized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries and concerns. Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, claims, and general insurance questions, demonstrating a thorough understanding of our products and services. Educate clients on available coverages, products, and discounts, helping them make informed decisions about their insurance needs. Maintain accurate records in our CRM and carrier systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements. The essential qualifications for this position include: A 4-40 Customer Service License, which is a mandatory requirement for this role. At least 1+ years of experience in an insurance customer service role, demonstrating a deep understanding of insurance products, services, and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software, with a willingness to adapt to our systems and technologies. While not essential, being bilingual in Portuguese is highly preferred, as it will enable you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
