The firm manages institutional capital across a diversified, multi-state portfolio of affordable housing developments. Job Description • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support strategic decision-making. • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess property investment opportunities. • Monitor and evaluate financial performance against benchmarks. • Assist in the preparation of presentations for internal and external stakeholders. • Stay updated on industry trends and provide recommendations based on market analysis. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
