Key Responsibilities Collaborate with utility teams to outline, define, and capture commercial enterprise needs, leveraging your technical expertise to drive business growth. Develop and maintain large-scale data architectures, ensuring seamless data processing and standardized metric definitions. Design and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python. Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem. Drive consumer tale analysis and elaboration, designing and developing software programs, testing, and building automation tools. Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency. Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique. Provide exceptional customer service through live chat interactions, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Hands-on development experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting languages, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in data-driven tasks. Strong understanding of development launch management and troubleshooting. Experience working with Agile methodologies, introducing small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with dating managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
