About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in supporting our commercial and public sector clients by providing top-notch customer service, technical support, and sales expertise. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using state-of-the-art contact center technology and customer experience methodology to resolve customer issues, sell new products and services, and ensure best-in-class customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries and make outbound sales calls using our advanced contact center technology. Troubleshoot basic technical issues, assist customers with product-related inquiries, and provide process-related support. Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, recognize sales opportunities, and apply sales skills to upgrade customers. Explain and position products and processes when interacting with customers, ensuring a deep understanding of our clients' offerings. Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing the risk of further issues. High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience with data-entry utilizing a computer, demonstrating your ability to navigate various software applications. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. A wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+) is required for this role. Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute), ensuring efficient data entry and communication. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), with the ability to learn new software applications. Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, demonstrating your ability to adapt to new technology. Highly reliable, with regular attendance and punctuality, ensuring a consistent and high level of performance. An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation, allowing you to effectively manage customer issues.
