Key Responsibilities Collaborate with utility teams to outline, define, and capture commercial enterprise needs, ensuring seamless data-driven solutions. Develop and maintain robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions. Design and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python. Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem. Power consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design, and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools. Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency. Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique. Provide live chat support to customers, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in development on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting languages. Strong understanding of development launch management and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks. Experience working with Agile methodologies, delivering small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with dating managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables. A strong passion for data-driven solutions and a keen eye for detail. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and platforms. Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
