About the Role: Senior Product Support Specialist As a Senior Product Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Client Service team, working closely with clients to address their queries, resolve issues, and provide personalized support to ensure a seamless experience on our platform. This is a full-time remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of food delivery and logistics. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Doordash clients to respond to how-to questions and investigate issues on the Doordash platform, providing timely and accurate solutions. Deliver a "human-first" experience through voice and written interactions across various channels, including chat, email, phone, and Doordash tools. Develop expertise in Doordash products, both at a technical and client use-case level, to provide informed support and identify opportunities to enhance client value. Work with leadership to drive organizational efficiencies, sharing feedback and insights to improve team performance and client satisfaction. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Onboarding, Account Management, and Maintenance, to increase client engagement and contribute to long-term client retention. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2+ years of experience in providing SaaS client care to businesses, with a proven track record of positively impacting client outcomes. Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple online software or SaaS products and/or IT experience. Experience developing best practices focused on service quality and efficiencies, potentially through roles as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Mentor, or Leader. Ability to work independently and adapt to uncertainty while contributing to a strong team culture. Strong prioritization skills, with a focus on high-impact work among competing demands. Familiarity with fundamental web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JSON, and JavaScript. Experience navigating and working with various support platforms, such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, Service Cloud, ServiceNow, LiveAgent, Salesforce, and Twilio. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of web technologies and support platforms. Experience in a leadership or mentoring role, with a proven ability to drive team performance and growth. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform decision-making.
