Job Overview and Key Responsibilities As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our API development program, working closely with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and ensure their successful execution by the Product Owner and development teams. Your role will involve: Capturing and documenting business requirements for API development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborating with product owners and development teams to gather requirements and drive project success. Participating in quarterly planning and strategy sessions to contribute to the company's overall business planning. Documenting actionable items and following through to completion, ensuring timely and effective project delivery. Utilizing tools like Confluence, Jira, and Mural to facilitate project management and collaboration. Essential Qualifications and Technical Skills To excel in this role, you should possess: A strong background in business analysis, preferably in the banking or finance sector. Proficiency in tools such as Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Office, and Mural. Experience with API development and business requirements documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.
