As part of our Talent Hub (Pare), you will have the unique opportunity to connect with leading agencies worldwide and showcase your expertise in Amazon Advertising. You'll play a crucial role in optimizing marketing campaigns, ensuring outstanding client satisfaction, and guiding strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities: • Strategize, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, TV, and DSP. • Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud and SQL queries for advanced analytics and campaign insights. • Conduct regular performance audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement bid management and negative keyword strategies. • Utilize bulk sheets, campaign dashboards, and catalog workflows for efficient operational management. • Monitor key KPIs such as ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, CTR, and CVR, preparing actionable reports via Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools. • Deliver clear, proactive client communication via video calls and asynchronous updates, adapting to diverse time zones. • Support creative updates, product content uploads, and collaborate on inventory management for seamless campaign execution. Required Skills and Qualifications: • 4+ years of direct experience with Amazon Advertising platforms (SP, SB, SD, STV, DSP, AMC). • Expert knowledge of attribution models, campaign optimization, match types, placement and search term reports. • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Google Data Studio, and Tableau for data analysis and reporting. • Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, with exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. • Strong problem-solving skills, operational support experience, and proactive approach to continuous improvement. • Comfortable with remote work, flexible hours, and collaborating across multiple time zones. • Reliable high-speed internet, webcam, and microphone for seamless remote engagement and interviews. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in or with top-tier Amazon-focused agencies or brands globally. • Advanced catalog and inventory management experience within the Amazon ecosystem. • Familiarity with asynchronous team workflows and multicultural remote environments.
