You will develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics, and structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and clients. You will lead a cross-functional team within arenaflex to collaborate on projects and drive client success. **Responsibilities** * Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. * Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within arenaflex to collaborate on projects and drive client success. * Plan and achieve growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals. * Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. * Build knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales. * Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context. * Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions. * Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas). * Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy. * Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs. * Ability to achieve goals to drive growth. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations. * Strong business acumen, with the ability to strategically assess and help solve client needs. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong knowledge of digital marketing, digital media, and advertising sales. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Senior Account Executive in our Mid-Market Sales team, you will have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
