**Experienced Customer Service Agent – Global Clinical Trials Support**

Your exceptional critical thinking skills, analytical prowess, and ability to meet deadlines will enable you to resolve complex issues efficiently. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, empathy, and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional support, troubleshooting, and resolution of end-user issues in our clinical trials software applications * Document all call information accurately, adhering to Quality Assurance (QA) and internal standard operating procedures * Monitor team mailbox emails and document according to established procedures * Maintain confidentiality as required, upholding the highest standards of professionalism * Adhere to departmental procedures for emergency situations, ensuring seamless support to our clients **Essential Qualifications** * College degree preferred; at least one year of relevant experience in customer-facing roles * Background investigation and drug screen required for all applicants * Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level * Strong phone skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds * Ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues **Preferred Qualifications** * Bilingual in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese (although not required, it's a valuable asset) * Strong commitment to customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences * Ability to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis, with occasional travel to client sites for urgent situations **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote worker, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own space, while still being part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and open communication.
