As a Seller Fraud Agent, you will play a key role in protecting the integrity of the platform by reviewing seller accounts and identifying fraud risks. Responsibilities Review seller accounts daily using internal & external tools and online research to validate identity and detect fraud patterns Analyze account information, to identify red flags and potential fraud rings Use Excel and internal systems to manage and document your investigations—this is your daily workflow Identify and escalate suspicious trends that may indicate larger fraud activity Meet established performance benchmarks: Collaborate with team members to continuously improve detection criteria and workflows Additional duties as assigned Skills Worked in complex environments like customer service, collections, trust & safety, or seller operations Used Excel confidently to sort, filter, and build formulas—you live in spreadsheets Followed detailed SOPs to consistently meet or exceed high daily targets Created accurate, concise internal documentation to support team decisions Delivered results in solo, focused work with minimal supervision Comfortable with fixed shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays (training is first 4 weeks, Mon–Fri, 9-5) Quick to spot trends and connect the dots with strong deductive reasoning Thrive in autonomous roles where you can own your workflow Stay sharp during repetitive tasks without letting quality slip Communicate clearly and precisely in writing Naturally curious and willing to dig into the details to make smart calls Experience in fraud, risk, or trust & safety is a plus, but not required—we'll train you Benefits Accelerated Growth Environment Top Tier Compensation Package Paid Time Off Comprehensive Benefits Package 401k Premium Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance options Company Overview StubHub is a ticket marketplace where users buy and sell tickets for sports, concerts, theater, and live events.
