About the Role As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you will play a critical role in providing top-notch technical support and customer service via phone and chat. Key Responsibilities Provide basic technical support to customers via phone or chat, resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner. Reside in the United States, specifically in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming. Equipment and Internet Requirements To work effectively from home, you will need: A standalone monitor (19 inches). A hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) with a minimum speed of 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up. A working phone line (home phone or mobile). A noise/distraction-free home office environment. A desk and an ergonomic chair.
