About the Role: Providing Legendary Support As a Chat Service Representative, you'll be the face of our company, providing timely and effective support to our customers via live chat, email, and phone. Your mission will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and promote our products and services in a friendly and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Elevating Customer Experience Respond to incoming customer live chats, emails, and phone calls with a focus on resolving issues promptly and efficiently Evaluate customer interactions and escalate complex issues to the Online Chat Manager or other relevant teams as needed Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support Promote our products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant solutions Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as required Collaborate with the customer service team to achieve shared goals and objectives Assist with overflow work and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you'll need: 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or related industry A proven track record of providing excellent customer service via live chat, email, and phone Strong technical skills, including proficiency in multiple software applications and platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike A customer-centric approach, with a focus on resolving issues and exceeding expectations The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions Preferred Qualifications: Adding Extra Value While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge: Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces Familiarity with sales principles and practices A degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications Skills and Competencies: The VersaTube Building Systems Difference At VersaTube Building Systems, we're committed to fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
