About the position Responsibilities • Uses agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions. • Facilitates daily team meetings to get updates on the progress of the project, address potential roadblocks, and ensure that the project is on track. • Plans and organizes demos and product/system testing. • Ensures the proper use of collaborative processes and removes impediments for the scrum team. • Tracks project processes, deliverables, and financials. • Prepares and presents status reports to stakeholders. • Leads Agile team ceremonies - Daily stand-up, Sprint planning, Sprint review, Retrospective. • Coaches team in Agile mindset, methodologies, processes, practices, and tools. • Partners with Product Owner and Technology Lead to ensure work in sprints are progressing and continues to align with the quarterly planning commitments. • Works to remove any team level risks or impediments keeping the team from completing work and escalates any risks and impediments that cannot be resolved or are project level risks. • Shields the team from external interference and ensures the team is fully functional and productive. • Ensures good team JIRA and Confluence hygiene that accurately reflects the current state of their work. • Tracks predictability of the team to deliver and monitors for continuous improvement. • Ensures team is aligned to SDLC process and standards. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience. Nice-to-haves • 5+ years of experience. • Scrum Master Certification. • Banking domain knowledge. • Payments knowledge highly preferred. Apply tot his job
