What You'll Do • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Remove blockers and help the team stay focused and productive. • Coach team members on Agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement. • Support Product Owners with backlog grooming and sprint goals. • Monitor team progress using tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Trello. • Promote open communication and collaboration across teams. • Adapt processes and workflows as needed to meet startup-level agility and pace. Requirements • 3+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Facilitator, ideally in a startup or fast-scaling environment. • Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and Lean principles. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. • Experience working with cross-functional, remote teams. • Comfortable using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion, Miro). • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is a plus.
